What if I am not happy with the generated names?
You can change keywords, switch styles (Smart / Poetic / Bazi) or regenerate. Each generation costs 1–3 credits, available in-app under Profile → Credits Store.
How do I request a refund?
Subscriptions and credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly. If a purchase failed to deliver due to technical error, email [email protected] with your order ID and we will resolve it.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. All history and credit balance will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Privacy and data security
We collect only necessary account, order, and diagnostic data. We never sell or share user data. See our Privacy Policy.
